This is a heavy dispenser, and it won't tip over when in use. Also, this was an impossible to find item when I looked at local big box office supply stores. stores

Weighty tape dispenser with a nice build
Sturdy tape dispenser. It’s a big one. Make sure your rolls are the right width for fit into inside, wish it accommodate 1.41” wide tape, but that’s annother product. Easy to use, nicely weighted. I paid $16.49 for it. No regrets. I didn’t think I needed this, but I wouldn’t live without it now.

It works fine. I find the blade to cut but and extra sharp but still hard to cut the tape. It works but if you need to use it a lot I would go with something else. If needing it occasionally I would buy it for the price.
