Flakes are very big ,which takes a lot to eat when mixing with fruit and I use fruit with my oats.

Decent steel cut oats in nice packaging which makes a difference. The oats themselves are very good although I'm no expert. I put these in the pressure cooker for 8 mins with a little almond milk and water and they come out perfect. A little bit expensive but so is everything I guess.
