Update: The replacement xbox worked fine for 3 months, then stopped powering on 3 days after the return window closed. On top of that, I am being charged for the original that I already sent back. They claim they got a random USB cable that I didnt even return. Do NOT buy!!! No power cable was included. I cannot even test this to ensure it works correctly until I get the correct power cable. The brick by itself is useless otherwise. Update (next day): I had a power cord over nighted to make sure this works before my son's birthday. The light comes on the power brick, but the console won't power up at all. The button doesn't even seem to be functional. No way was this tested prior to shipping. I have requested a replacement, but will cancel the order for a refund if that one doesn't work either.

The console works perfectly fine. The controller? Different story. It doesn't stay linked to console. Doesn't stay powered on even with fresh batteries.

Am very pleased with my XBOX ONE it was bought at a discount paid $210 for one around there and spent $100 on games. The game pass is a wicked good feature of the Xbox, so I will get years of enjoyment with the XBOX ONE MEDIA STATION and all the connected files, applications, and subscriptions to get it up and working. I own at least 6-7 games. The best feature is the specs, not as strong at PS4 but comparable to Nintendo Switch (og) but it’s got like 5 gb ram and a decent processor and a good card and is backwards compatible. Wasn’t sure growing up total Nintendo and Sony rivalry fan boy. I dismissed Xbox initially but is actually a great unit. Runs kind of hot to the touch but otherwise nice finish.

Updating: just got home after buying a new controller only to find the power brick is completely dead, tried playing with different outlets to see if it was a ME issue and it’s not. Immediately requested a return and refund. I wouldn’t recommend taking your chances, I’d hoped I’d get something I could at least hang with and see if I even liked gaming for the long haul until I had money to buy a totally new console, but regretting it now. Such a disappointment but I’m not at all surprised. —/———————-////////———— Just got it today, was dirty, but it did turn on and seemed okay. Controller (not an Xbox controller, has a silver button not the classic X button) won’t work at all though. Tried multiple batteries and no cord to hook it up if it’s supposed to be wired. Definitely annoyed about that since I’m not a gamer so it’s not something I had lying around to default to. Will now have to go buy a controller tonight and see if it works Will update in two weeks.

La consola funciona bien, sin embargo, el control que traía tiene muy poco alcance o se desconecta si no está dirigido a la consola... pero no sé si es el control o la consola. De ahí en fuera, funciona muy bien.

Un total fraude! No prendió ! La fuente se quedó en color naranja ! Espero que si comprando otra fuente funcione pero creo que eso no es profesional vender algo que no funciona
