These vitamins are well worth the money. I was surprised to see more regularity with these as I thought they were just vit C. I ordered 2 but my older friend wanted one for her. The pills are quite large but easy to swallow zinc and magnesium are in there, check all ingredients out to make sure doesn't effect current medications you are on. I've had no problems and enjoy these very much.

This is my favorite vitamin C. It's loaded with immune-boosting stuff, and I swear it works faster than any other C. We take this regularly during cold and flu season. If I start to feel a little bug coming on I'll take 2 pills 4-5 times a day. The only thing I don't like is that it uses a cheap form of vitamin B, which I can't process. -sigh-

I was sick a few weeks ago, and noticed that it didn't hit me as hard as it usually does after taking these pills. My biggest complaint is the size. If you have trouble swallowing, then these are definitely not for you.
