These are exactly what I got at the doctor’s office but A Lot more affordable.

If using these between 1st and 2nd knuckle you should be fine. I needed 2 of them one between 1st and 2nd knuckle the 2nd strap was needed for above 2nd knuckle for ring and baby finger but they slip off as there is nothing that grips to your skin. They are also a bit thicker than is comfortable - definitely better options on the market with rubber lining to keep them in place.

My doctor gave me a couple of buddy straps to try, and they made a big difference so I bought this multi-pack so I'd have plenty on hand. They work fine but they are cheaply made.With the first ones I had, I could wind them in either direction around my index and middle fingers. With these, if I wind them the wrong way, the bottom corner of the velcro tag comes in contact with the side of my finger, and the plastic corner is sharp so it wants to dig in. It hurts, so I have to be careful to put them on the right way. They also don't last as long as the ones I got from the doctor - they lose their grip and fall off after a few days' use.It's not a deal-breaker, but they could be a lot better with just a little upgrade in quality.

Dislocated ring finger, had reset/put back in place. Doctors gave me some splints to keep from overusing while mending, but lost a pair when getting into/out of car.Ordered these because of quickly available, and have plenty on hand.Am also thinking about using them when I bowl, in order to keep my fingers in the right place...

These strips are very stiff, Ridgid with sharp edges and are over all uncomfortable. Also, there is no rubber backing to keep it from slipping and rotating around finger as well as slip off completely. Can't make them right enough to not slip off or rotate because then it really digs into fingers due to rough and sharp edges. Do not recommend at all, will be returning them as I cannot use them at all.

They would not stay securely on the fingers they kept slipping off.the ones that I received from the hand surgeon were more effective and stayed secure and I could wear it all day without any problems.

These bands are very comfortable to wear and allow me to do more things with my hands.It does take awhile to get used to them tho’. Unfortunately, they can’t get wet.

Hands get sweaty, so my mother replaces these a lot. These were a good price to allow her to do that.
