Mikasa Italian Countryside Stainless Steel Flatware, 20-Piece Set

Saved up for these and they didn’t disappoint. They have a heavy feel, which is what I wanted. The design has rounded corners which gives them dimension. They weren’t cheap, but not expensive they look and feel expensive tho

I found this to be very classy flatware. Nice weight and feels good when you hold it. The only issue I found is that if you want all the extra pieces that typically come in a Hostess Set, you’ll have to buy them separately. If they don’t matter to you, you will be happy with this flatware.

Just beautiful in appearance, balance, and weight. I bought for my daughter, and she loves it too. Food tastes better with quality flatware.

I am pleased with the weight and design. I was pleasantly surprised that even the larger fork and spoon weren't huge. Some sets it seems the larger fork and spoon would be for serving! but for someone with little hands, this is perfect ;)

Heavy enough to not seem like cheap cutlery. At a great price. Clean up perfectly in Dishwasher do not spot. Good price.

I purchased the Italian Countryside flatware to replace my old flatware and to match my Italian Countryside every day dishes. The quality is exceptional! The flatware is 18/10 stainless so it will provide many years of quality and low maintenance. Be aware that not all 18/10 stainless flatware is alike! I ordered a set of 18/10 flatware which I quickly returned, because the the utensils were lightweight and flimsy, which made them hard to hold and use. This flatware is nice and heavy and due to the size of the end of the utensils, a nice grip is achieved! I could not be happier with my purchase!

I was really excited to find my favorite pattern - Mikasa French Countryside - for a reasonable price. However when I got it I realized that it was not the same as the pattern I bought many years ago. The forks are different sizes altogether, the pieces are a lot lighter, and the details that I loved have been crudely disfigured. The ends don't have the same definition, and instead of a round ball in the middle there is this flattened oval.I even called Mikasa to make sure I wasn't getting some knock-off, and they confirmed that the design has been changed.So the pieces do not match the size, the quality is not there, and the style has been corrupted. Very disappointing!

A little different than my full set but pretty. I needed to add to my set that is 15 years old.
