Some people might think garden hose washers are a silly thing to post a review about, but I think it is worth mentioning when any product does exactly what it's supposed to do. My wife and I are consummate gardeners. We have so many hoses around our property that I have lost track. There is a garden hose washer in each end of every hose and when they don't work right they leak. Cheap washers you pick up is impulse items on your way out of the big box stores are often too flimsy, too rigid, too small, too big, to work properly. These washers are exactly the right size and consistency. They are thick enough and rubbery enough so that you can tighten the hose hand tight and it won't leak. I love it when I find a product that means I can cross something off the list of things I worry about. I will never think about leaking hoses again.
