The media could not be loaded. My family plans to buy a projector by considering reliable brand, bigger screen, space wise, multiple use and easy to carry on. After some research, BENQ GV30 is the ideal projector for us.I have used this innovative BENQ GV30 for a while. Here are the reasons why we choose it and some benefits to share.1. GV30 is a stylish and creative projector. We are simply in love the shape and design. It sits on a magnetic stand that keeps it from rolling away and lets you rotate it up or down to adjust the image height.2. GV30 offers 135 degrees of projection angle with auto focus and vertical keystone. Thanks to the effective auto focus and keystone, the projector can reliably and efficiently adjust to find the best viewing angle most of the time. This makes GV30 can be a multi-angel projection in where you want easily. We can even project video on the ceiling and lay on the bed to watch it. That’s really cool.3. GV30 includes an Android TV dongle inside and Wireless projection for multiple OS and devices. (Android phone/Chrome browser/iOS devices) It also can airplay. That is very easy and convenient.4. Audio quality and volume are both impressive for the GV30's size and price. It has built-in speaker and can also be served as a capable Bluetooth speaker. The clear sound profile means that your content is perfectly hearable even at low volumes, and extra bass leads weight to more intense or impactful scenes. Also, if needed, you can connect the external speaker via Bluetooth. We connect our BOSE speaker via Bluetooth. Easy-peasy!5. GV30 really makes a projector truly portable. It has a finger-sized loop makes you easily to carry from room to room. We will use this projector for our son’s Halloween party and funfest in the backyard. Our neighbors will be jealous!Overall, we enjoy using this projector. Especially, kid has a great time with friends!If you are looking for a portable projector, we highly recommend BENQ GV30!

Bought this for using outside and it works as advertised. Picture quality and sound are great! Excellent projector, we will use it inside too. I love the compact size, auto adjust, connectivity. The only glitch I found was buffering when using the included QS01 ATV Dongle and watching YouTube TV, so I used a HDMI adapter to my iPhone, and no buffering.

Well designed and produces very high quality video on my bedroom ceiling. Excellent sound also. Complete control using the remote. Even portable with internal battery if needed. Huge size video, much better than normal TV screen. Auto focus. Works just like a Roku. One caution is to not change the language to something foreign since there is no factory reset and doing so converts all control to that foreign language making it worthless unless you speak and read Serbo-Croation for instance. Danger is you may never get out of bed again!! Just plug it in and connect to WiFi and you're ready to go. Also has HDMI and USB inputs which work well.

This projector was great overall: simple to set up, portable, quickly connected to wifi and streaming, the picture quality was nice, the sound quality was decent out of the box, and all while being relatively affordable. However, this projector was not bright enough for use as an outdoor projector in shaded/low light as implied in the description and is really usable only after sunset. Luckily the seller, Premium AV, was responsive and helpful throughout the return process and also got me the product I needed!

Best little projector. Clear, sounds great and very easy to use. It's great when you have a bad back and project it on the ceiling!

The media could not be loaded. So, I think the winner is GV31!All have incredible design, sound, picture, and convenience(auto-focus, battery). Watching on ceiling while in bed is a must, and no extra stands needed.I’m literally considering selling my LG OLED tv, as the picture size is incredible. The little 720p GV30 projected onto my wall with a 180” diagonal, and still looked great!But the GV30’s Drop to 720p is somewhat noticeable as well as its lack of Netflix compatibility, but $250 is a perfect price, and you won’t be disappointed if u are a casual user or a young family watching movies. All projector have HDMI PORTS, but the GV30 is the only one that has just enough internal space to all the BenQ dongle to be replaced with an Amazon Fire Stick Lite. It will allow Netflix, and some people can turn the Amazon Stick into a video game console.The GV50 would have been the best, but it was incredibly laggy! Took an hour to setup, Google TV built in forced BenQ to compromise the quality of the user interface. I could stand the long delays with remote inputs, it was many seconds long, each click on the remote. Also, you can plug in your own Amazon/Roku/Apple TV into the ports, but for convenience and travel, it defeats the purpose to a degree. If you intend to use an Apple TV, or other dongle, then this projector is for you. But I prefer portability, grab and go, no extra parts, cable.The GV 31, seemed to have the least fan noise.I watch at night with very low volume, and the fan was noticeably less loud, however, a nice bonus. With normal volume, all three projectors produced incredible sound, you can’t hear the fan noise. For Yaber T and L, the fan was much much louder in comparison.Also, Android TV on GV 31 is better than the GV50 google TV, by far! If google or BenQ can update the OS and remove the delays, then GV50 would be the best, with 500 ANSI Lumens. But for now, using it was a nightmare.Please fix it BenQ!I’d pick up the following at these pricesGV50: $600 or belowGV31: $450 or below(Winner)GV30: $250 or belowI kept the GV 31, seems to be the best value, in my opinion.Bonus, if you plug you nintendo switch directly into the GV 31 or 50, its works immediately, no nintendo dock needed! You need a specific USB-C cable that supports video and PD(power delivery) for about $15-$25. I recommend Belkin or CableMatters.
