Nice bath addition
This shelf is a bit pricey but I think worth it in certain places. I recently purchased a wall mounted soap dispenser and this paper towel shelf so I could get rid of hand towels that hold so many cold and flu germs. Everyone that sees it loves the idea. Nice fresh paper towel each time and it takes everything off of the bathroom sink area. I put a tissue box on the shelf and it makes a nice "paper" area in the bath. It doesn't hold a lot of towels (maybe 1/2 a pack) so I wouldn't use this model for a high use area. You also need to pull from the center with a gently firm pull so as not to jam the opening so small children probably wouldn't find this "user friendly" but all the towel dispensers are like that. Perfect for adult or guest bathrooms! These towels are also less expensive to use than paper towels on a roll.

Love - Just makes sense!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! This is my second one. It just makes sense. I use tri fold towels I get a case at the restaurant store and it saves SO MUCH MONEY! My other one was the unpainted one and I would NOT recommend that. This is made VERY well. We have a commercial kitchen attached to our house and we needed a dispenser to be compliant and this is so nice as I did not want something metal in my house bathroom.

Love it.... Bought 5 already
Being a nurse for over 30 yrs. bathroom & hand sanitation is very important to me. We always give the paper towel option to our guests instead of a used hanging cloth hand towel. Everyone loves it and asks me where I got it. I gave it a spray stone finish to match my mirror in the powder room, but kept the back & top smooth for easy dusting. I also bought one for my homecare office bathroom. Already gave 3 as gifts. Highly recommended.

BEST PURCHASE EVER!
Very happy with this purchase. I always hated a hand towel in the bathroom, as they were always damp and I just think germy, even when they are changed on a regular basis. I'm posting a picture from our re-modeled bathroom that isn't quite finished yet and I originally purchased the white one, but may switch to the darker color. This towel dispenser works great and best of all, germ free!!!

Unique towel dispenser but what is that smell?
I like the towel dispenser. It's unique and doesnt detract from a nice bathroom but what is that awful smell? Its made in China. What kind of coating or paint did they use? Smells like mothballs. Still trying to get the smell out. Cleaned it with de-odorizer to no avail. then put a jar of vinegar inside to neutralize the smell. It did reduce it but smell is still there. I may have to resort to repainting it or using a paint sealer of some sort. Any advice out there?

Took a little more than one day for the initial smell of product to go away, but other than that the product is fine and does just what I needed.

I was pleased that the odor wasn't anything like I had read
We own a salon and when we moved into our new location, we inherited a massive paper towel dispenser that didn't fit with our decor. When I saw this on Amazon I was so excited. I was a little concern about the reviews commenting on the smell the dispenser gave off. When it arrived and I opened the box, I was pleased that the odor wasn't anything like I had read. We have it installed in the salon and have received many compliments from our clients.
