Worked wonderfully! Really helped to get rid of all the cat urine smell left behind by a tenant. Only downside is having to rinse it away not just wipe. So using a mop comes difficult as it gets sudsy, and may take a few buckets to come clear of bubbles.

I've used this more than once now on my tile floors, and I can definitely say that it cleans exceptionally well. I had an elderly cat who frequently couldn't make it to the box, and this cleaned those messes as well as the ones I didn't find for a few months (they were under a large piece of furniture). I will say that when you're taking it back up off the floor again, it might be best to just sop it up with paper towels vs using a swiffer mop without the swiffer cleaning solution. When I used the mop to get it off the floor, the back-and-forth movement made the cleaner get foamy like an excessive amount of dish soap. It made me second-guess the stuff multiple times, but it was just the enzymes working. As far as the old spots, it got about 85% of the staining off the tile. Our tiles have a matte finish so that was likely the reason they stained, but I still thought that would mean the cleaner could get it up. I'm still happy with the product regardless. This dries -mostly- residue free. I recommend a regular cleaning after using it and letting it dry.

This product is effective taking away the smell of cat urine from human detection. I say human because my cat still uses the same spot regardless of me using this product. However, the spot is right in front of my back door and it is believed to be a behavior/ territorial problem, so the product most likely works as it should since the smell is gone when I use it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that this product makes it hard to breath while using it. This could just be a sensitivity for me. I use it on vinyl, so there is no stain to remove, so I don't know if it removes stains. It has not discolored my flooring.

I’ve used the Bastion Probiotic Enzyme Cleaner – Professional Strength Solution on a few jobs involving small sewage spills while cleaning out drain lines, and it works very well. Doesn’t seem to clean any better than regular dishwashing detergent.

***Great to add 1 c to steam machines & straight for a fresh spot stain issue. HOWEVER ~ If you use it Full Strength & straight as a Final Enzyme Neutralize for dust mites or Pet accident s You (Must add a de foam product or it will make a MESS)! ***Very soapy (be careful not to slip)if on a hard floor or too mop~(Works good against Allergies tho) However All That SAID ~ Brings Old musty Ingrained urine/poo stained carpet back to life. **Great for auto carpets or RV **** If carpet is old or already a mess CLEAN it with Oxyclean & (Find a Recipe from a Carpet cleaning biz for (inbetween use); THEN Apply THIS as a Last Run & Let DRY Wet too DRY! ***It Cannot Kill Enzymes it Doesn’t Reach & You Won’t Destroy Odors if you Leave the embedded ! (It Works If You Use Correctly n Not too Mask Filth; but to permanently remove the “enzymes” that embed the smell! after Renting Out a Place that Needed a Emergency Carpet Clean (and We Expected too Replace it) One Jug (after A Oxy-Spot Clean & Basic All Purpose steak Clean) we let it dry Looked ok but still musty! Gallon of milk escaped the bungee corded fridge in our fifth wheel while en route to a vacation spot 4 hours away. The milk had a chance to swish around on the flooring, mostly vinyl thankfully, but some carpet on slide areas. Milk got under and into the corners, under the slides, and onto the small amount of carpeting. A real mess, and even after clean up, we could smell the sour milk! We tried everything and nothing worked. THIS DID! It took a few treatments, and a few days, but the milk smell is gone, and there is no lingering odor from the treatments. The product doesn’t have a strong scent at all. Great product.

Best I’ve found yet, my dog is old and when she has an accident the smell of her urine is so strong most cleaners don’t touch it and require so many cycles of treatments. This stuff works the best so far!

Ok families with stinky sports laundry this stuff works! I add about 3 tablespoons in with the laundry detergent (rockin’ green) and fill the fabric softener thingy with white vinegar. No more stink! Even if I forget about the wet laundry in the machine for a day there’s no smell! Also, old carpets that have been peed on by doggies… this stufff… no problem. I put it in our bissell animal carpet cleaning machine and did all the carpets…. No smell! Hands down best stuff! And I’ve tried everything. It will leave a film on your floors but I just treat the stinky spots with this stuff then use my Tineco vacuum mop to clean the floors or my Norwex mop just damp with water to clean floors afterwards. Love it.

I have applied it 5 times to my flooded carpet, It takes out some odor but not all of it. I will buy some foam from the grocery store that I know works. it was a lot of money for a big jug and small smelly space. Probably will never use it again but one never knows I live in a flood area. Also this product was delivered to my neighbor and he would not answer his door. He did and told him there was a picture of my parcel on his doorstep and could I have my parcel. He had to go look..to see if it was mine however he opened it and wondered what state of mind he was in to order this big jug of odor remover but who am I to say....he gave it to me. I guess he could have denied and kept it. Even though my name was on the box he opened.
