So far it's been incredibly. Easy to digest. I can feel the difference on my skin and hair. I have taken Collagen before and I can tell you this one is a very high quality Collagen. It comes from grass fed cows and also its been tested for a 3rd party lab, so it tell me a lot about this product. I recommend 100%!! I'll be back for more updates and pics later. I love this collagen so much. I have tried a lot of Collagen supplements and have a hard time taking them because most hurt my joints since I have autoimmune issues. I always wind up abandoning them early. I am able to take these and they are so easy to digest, and easy on the body. They do a great job helping skin, hair and nails. I am starting to get strong fingernails for the first time since my 20’s! I am impressed with this produce and would recommend!
