Nothing like any other brand of MCT I have tried
I have been using MCT of 18 months now, usual brand was out of stock, so tried this. Taste like coconut, which is fine for me - but more tasteless and odourless as advertised. The consistency is gloopy,not an oilDid not satiate my apetite like other MCT's.I would not purchase again

The product seems to satisfy the basic claims made, although I can't verify the quality, as it's tricky distinguishing MCT oil quality just by taste. My partner has been on a medicalised keto diet, and so far this has been good to help add unsaturated fat to some of his meals/drinks

Not sure it's good
It smells and tastes of coconut it says on the bottle that there is no odour or smell.Even when added to coffee it still had a strong taste of coconut, also had no energy boost ofter taking it. I really wanted it to be good as such a good price
