Functionality and Performance Despite the attractive concept, the materials used feel cheap and low quality. The structure doesn’t inspire confidence, and within only a few weeks of use, issues started to emerge. The sofa bed’s frame and cushioning feel inadequate compared with what would be expected from a long‑lasting piece of furniture. Experience of Use My experience with this sofa bed was poor. After only three weeks of use, I encountered significant problems: the sofa emitted a high‑pitched whistling noise during use and didn’t feel stable or comfortable. More importantly, it didn’t perform reliably as a daily‑use sofa bed, causing frustrations when trying to sit, recline, or convert it into a bed. Given that I always choose and expect genuine products with solid quality, this experience was very disappointing, and the seller’s professionalism also felt lacking. It was flat packed. We assembled it within 15 minutes as i am not handy enough.The sofa bed is nicely made and the mattress isn't just a normal empty mattress. it is firm and the storage is good. Putting this in our loft room. Above all, i recommend it.

Item arrived damaged in manufacturing. Charges £100 for delivery. Returned and refunded for item. Given £1 off delivery. This, takes the amount due to £99, one pound below section 75 claims. This was obviously deliberately done to stop me claiming for the delivery charges. Amazon should refund me immediately for the delivery charge.

It just came with damaged arm rest / brushed to the metal and company said just sorry for their mistake, oufcourse when I build a bed I need to unbild to return on my own charge.. But sofa comfy and makes good sleep even. Measurements to count 1.90 cm not matching as I'm 176cm my legs all over, but that's what I like it.. MAIN AND IMPORTANT: good luck for replacements, as you can find a lot on amazon but you won't find 5cm thick. All over 10 only, so only sofa bed after a while just a bed of any size of double if won't get sorted. If I'm wrong text me...
