I take these daily and stopped taking cranberry. They have helped so much with my overall health. I have the prone to UTI disease, and since taking these I do not get them! Easy to swallow and I take the max dose. It does not taste like anything, and does not upset my stomach.

I tried several D-Mannose products, these are the ones that have actually stopped my uti's (& stopped the last one from fully developing). I was getting uti symptoms when I first started taking these gummies (and was taking another brand capsules at the time), and these gummies actually stopped the symptoms before fully developing into uti. I was surprised because I generally think gummy options aren't that strong. I highly recommend this product. They are somewhat harder to chew than softer gummies but not bad. The taste is so-so, not really sweet but tolerable. Haven't had any more uti's since I began using them. Yaay!

Seems to work as advertised. I have seen a decline in UTI frequency. Capsule not too hard to swallow in spite of its size.

The older I get it seems like it's a constant struggle to urinate comfortably without stops and starts. D-mannose is effective but It doesn't completely eliminate that drawing and feeling of discomfort. I find I need a combination of cranberry PAC with the D-mannose for it to be fully effective for me. I switched back to brand I used earlier. I like that this one requires only two pills and that's one of the reasons why I switched. The other brand also has probiotics so I don't need to take a probiotic pill. It probably works very well for other people.
