Hobie Idler Pulley - Gt W/Bearings

The instructions were not very helpful. It was a little tricky to get the pully in place with the bearings where they needed to be. There were no instruction at all about how to tension the idler cable.The instructions refer to a piece of foam to hold the bearings in place while you push the axil through, but no such foam existed in the package.After a couple of false tries, I wadded up a piece of tissue to make a small ball to wedge in the space where the axil needed to go and pushed the shaft through from the front shoving the tissue out the back.

I was able to use this Idler Pully w/ bearings on my 2014 Hobie PA12 GT Drive.At first I didnt think I was gonna be able to use this idler pulley but I managed to get it centered with the bearings and fitted on the drive.Its been working great.Thank you.GetOutTheHouseGoFish

Well worth the money considering the alternative of not having a drive system or buying a new one. It mounted to the old mirage drive with zero issues.
