Well made TV
This is a pretty good tv. The picture is as good as expected and the exterior is built very well. My tv doesn’t sit out directly in the rain but it has gotten wet and I have no concerns when it does. The brightness is good for outdoors but there is some reflection off the screen if there is direct sunlight on it. I did have an issue with the sound going in and out but the manufacturer quickly replaced the TV for me under warranty.

WARNING ~ You will be sorry! Junk Don't Purchase !!!
WORST PRODUCT EVER ! IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1!! We had this product for 3 months! We bought a cover for it and treated it like gold! It was used in the summer months only which in Michigan is 3 months out of the year. The rest of the time it was brought back in to our home and stored - NOT USED! STORED! This product only has a 1 year warranty so that should of told me something! I called the company and they sent me a replacement tv. However, that was last summer so they one year warranty is over for the replacement as of August 1st and OF COURSE - THE SECOND TV HAS NOW STOPPED WORKING TOO! The 2ND TV WAS ONLY USED SINCE THIS MAY 2025. THE TV HAS STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTH OF USING AND THEY WON'T REPLACE IT! This TV was treated as good as the first! Only used in summer/ covered and stored during Fall, Winter and Spring. I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They said they would fix it if I paid for shipping and for the repair which I will be charged 30% of the actual price of the TV plus shipping cost. And then they will only allow an additional 1 month warranty. Obviously, this company runs some type of scam system. If they only warranty their product for a year that should be a warning ! Also, again both of these televisions were only used from the end of May to August. This product is just junk! j

Their customer service is fantastic
We bought this tv in May of 2022 for the back deck. We noticed as time went on, it got harder and harder to turn on and eventually stopped turning on all together. The picture when it worked was great. This tv is very heavy and super sturdy. It doesn't have the buttons for power/volume/channels on the tv due to it being weatherproof. We contacted their customer service in February of 2023 after buying a new remote in an attempt to turn it on, and they sent us a new tv, and paid for the old one to be shipped back to them. Leeke was superb and helped me every step of the way in this return. Will return solely for their great customer service.

Works great outdoors under my oak tree!
I've got my TV mounted under an oak tree in a partial shade situation and it's been awesome to use. I'm using it as the screen in my golf simulator and it's crisp clear and very easy to see in the outdoor light. I did have a problem with the first TV's backlight not always working, but Sylvox support came through and sent a replacement without having to send the TV back first, saving me a bunch of down time.

Great customer service
I received my Slvox tv, and it was pretty easy to set up. For some reason, it stopped working (No internet, etc.) a short time after receiving my tv. I contacted customer service, and they tried to diagnose the problem. When they found out, it was possibly a defect, they quickly shipped me another tv to replace my defected tv. My new tv is working just fine. I think the main component missing from my tv is YouTube TV. They don't have a wide range of selections or apps to choose from, such as YouTube or Google. Otherwise, it's a good tv and they have good customer service. I would recommend this tv. Thank you!

It is an expensive TV. The app are not good, they actually are terrible so do not expect to be able to use it like roku. You will need apple tv or the fire stick. The sound is tinny so connect an outdoor speaker, but the internal speaker is loud but tinny. The instructions do not explain that you have to unscrew the back of the steel cover to plug your power and hdmi cable. When you hang this tv you need two people it is solid. One hdmi cable did not work on my TV. I have a tiny spot in the screen. So it not perfect for the price. Amazon gave me a credit instead of a return. The TV still works otherwise even after rain storms with no cover.

not good quality didn't last long. had two which stopped working.
I have had 2- of these, they didn't last were under warranty with Asurion protection plan. Now they want to refund me a Amazon gift card. This card can be used at Amazon only. This is not what I want. I request a check or gift card to use at my choice. Asurion says they only refund Amazon cards .. I am to forced to make a complaint to the Florida BBC, better business bureau .. This is no way to handle a claim.........

Wifi connection sucks
It will not stay connected to wifi. We bought a wifi booster for this issue, which the TV is about 8’ away from - it still drops. Everything else stays connected just fine. It makes it very difficult to enjoy TV outside with constant disruption. We can’t hardwire it to wifi due to the placement of our main router. We bought the TV last year and it’s sat in a box until this year. As our first year using it, we deeply regret this particular one due to the connectivity issues. The second complaint is the volume close up to 100 and it’s very hard to hear. As a solution we bought wifi speakers. But the tv won’t stay connected to those either!!!
