It is tamarind liquid.not paste neither concentrate.cannot be stored..
It is only tamarind water not concentrate maintaining one consistency from top to bottom . cannot be stored. improve by thickening to consistency of mothers recepe or dabur brand for longer life and suiting use.

Dark Colored Tasteless Slurry
Add to any dish and you’ll spoil it with its taste and color. Wish I could return it. Color could be mild so as to enhance the dish, not make it look charcoal.
