Sorted my work boots out
My work boots were destroying my feet, plantar fasciitis, blisters under my foot on toes etc, these put your foot in the correct position, almost instant relief from heel pain. One of my arches ached the first few days, but I also wore them for 10+ hours off the cuff so didn’t allow my got time to adjust but will be my go to insoles from now on

Good supportive insole - but watch sizing
I am happy with this insole which appears good quality, with an excellent arch support. The heel support is thick - which is good if the heel of the shoe is deep, such as in a boot. My trainers are just about okay. Regarding the sizing I am a size 5.5 UK and bought the XS as advised by the size chart. However the length is very slightly short and I would say it goes up to a size 5 UK; I probably should have bought the medium and cut down.

Wife loves them
I got these for my wife and after a week of wearing them her feet feel so much better. She is a size 3 and we're easy to cut with sharp scissors and they slip easily into all her footwear.

Too thick
these will add a whole size to your shoes, so instead of being supportive, they make your shoes too tight.
