Q: When will this product expire if I buy today, 18 June 2019?

Not sure if this helps, but I purchased mine in March 2018 and it doesn't expire until January 2023. I would imagine with a year gone by, yours wouldn't expire until 2024.

The little packet says Bacitracin Zinc 400 Units, Neomycin Sulfate 5 mg, Polymyxin B Sulfate 5,000 units I've already thrown the box it came in away - we made little first aid kits.
