I am growing vegetable seedling starts. They are mostly peppers and tomatoes. In the past I was using cool white fluorescent shop lights with decent results. These grow lights are far better. I am now growing the best pepper starts I have ever grown. Light output is pretty bright and I like the fact that I can link the lights together so I only have one cord to plug in. The lights are good quality being made mostly of aluminum. My seed starting system consists of wire shelving units. I built some mounts for the lights using 1x2 inch and 1x3 inch furring strips screwed together. I am using 3 lights per shelf and get good even light coverage. The mounts are adjusted using "rope hangers" also available on amazon. See pictures. Overall, very happy with these light so far. No idea how long they will last since I have only been using them for a month.

Got the 8 count of the 4ft lights, couldn’t be happier. We used magnetic hooks on the metal rods on the drop ceiling, and they held up no problem. Super light weight. We plan to get some chains so we can lower them from the ceiling closer to plants in the near future.

One of these 4 Ft V lights puts out more light than 3 of my old double bulb 4Ft fluorescent (weighs a ton) shop lights with plant bulbs. 8 of these are incredibly bright in a 10 x 12 grow room so I ordered 8 more for opposite wall since they are supplemental side wall lighting for 1000watt overhead HID’s the room is totally saturated with bright white light. Without HID’s the room is BRIGHT PINK. I have 2 more walls and will incorporate more of these jewels in my lighting plan. Plus the furnished hardware allows you to have multiple installation options. It’s a complete plug and play for 8. Don’t know how they will perform under 18 hours a day service but will update after first grow

I shopped around quite a bit before choosing these grow lights, and ultimately decided on them because of the features they offer and the reasonable price. They work fine and provide sufficient light for my plants to thrive.One fun side note, because of the pink glow they emit, another teacher joked that it looked like the “Pink Pony Club,” which added some laughs to the classroom! They were also easy to install using zip ties on my wire shelves, making setup quick and hassle-free.Overall, these grow lights are a solid choice if you want functional lighting without breaking the bank.

Growing veggies indoors.. Liked the price and that they are full spectrum.

Nice grow lights for not too much electricity

Why the change of plugs? They were perfect when they match both sides. I started installing these lights before wiring them because I already had a pair earlch row on my wire racks so I was unpleasantly surprised when I realized I couldn't wire them up. I had to take 3 rows down because someone decided to make both ends different from one another. On top of that I had to shave down the new plug ends because they wouldn't fit through the triangle shaped openings on the ends of my racks.... Seriously annoyed right now since this ended up taking so much longer than it should've.

The side shields are nice. I put one on and directed the light where I wanted the light to go on the plants. I put one bulb on each side of a shelf of plants. Worked really well. Plants are doing well. I'm putting the plants outside during sunny days to harden them. The sun doesn't seem to be burning the plants, so the lights are providing pretty good light.
