If this is "organic stevia", why is the first content of the ingredients Erythritol ? what is the percentage of Erythritol to Stevia extract?

I just spoke w Wholesome's customer service (1.6.23) and she checked and said all she could say is that if all the erythritol was removed from a serving that there'd only be 1-2 stevia granules in it bc it is so sweet. Hmmm. She said the natural flavors is vanilla botanicals. (Checked due to concern for harmful chemicals used in processing the "natural flavoring" but didn't bark up this tree further bc didn't feel she'd get or give a clear enough answer)
