Very potent! I powderized it using a coffee bean grinder. 1/4 teaspoon taken with dinner led to complete evacuation the next afternoon, with very little discomfort. That being said, everyone's experience will be different...

They dont play. It is BITTER. VERYYYY BITTER...
Holy MOLY. ITS SOME KIND OF BITTER.. DOnt think youll make a strong tea .. maybe even use as Capsules and powder.. wow. It was shocking how bitter it is. And we love bitter herbs. This was wayyyy bitter... 😆 🤣 Caught me off guard for surw !!
