Comfortably massages the gums while cleaning teeth along the gum line
Your gums will look forward to their massage, and your mouth and teeth to their cleaning, with this brush. No spikiness to the brushes. Brush head the right size. The handle could be better designed for a more comfortable hold, in the OralB fashion, but that's a minor gripe. Overall, an excellent brush and fair value at $13.72 for four.

The best
Have you noticed the toothbrushes you buy at the store that are “soft” are actually hard AF still? These are not. They are my favorite!!! I’ve been using this brand for years and they don’t tear up my gums.

Very soft toothbrush
This is the softest toothbrush I have ever used, and I've used Nimbus® Microfine® toothbrush REGULAR size "Colors Vary" , as recommended by my dentist. When I first saw the package I thought the toothbrush looked very plain and the handle is larger than most toothbrushes I've used. After using the brush the past several days I have come to like the simple design and large handle. The toothbrush is very easy to clean by just wiping off and is very comfortable to hold in your hand. The head is a good, large size and packed with bristles. The bristles are in little bunches and this allows for excess toothpaste to be easily washed away from between the bristles. I could feel the bristles massaging and getting into all the crevices between my teeth and gums. This brush is also great for cleaning your tongue. The only downside is that my teeth don't feel as clean as they do when I use my electric toothbrush. However, that brush is much harder on the gums so using this toothbrush during the day and my electric toothbrush at night time is a good compromise for me. This brush would have come in very handy when recovering from dental surgery since it is so soft and gentle. I will be buying one for my husband who is still using the Nimbus brand.Disclosure: I received a sample product in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. My opinions are my own and I was not compensated for a positive review.*******************************************************************************Update: 4/15/16I'm still using this toothbrush. It is almost time for a new one. I've been using this toothbrush as well as my Sonicare and so it's lasted me longer than if it was your only toothbrush. I like the gentle bristles and sometimes use it to do a quick brush with water when I have a snack to get all the little particles out. I'm very happy and will be ordering another one soon.

As good as Oral B Electric!
I have used Oral B Electric for years. After getting a diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia, I was no longer able to use any electric toothbrush. The vibrations were just too painful. I had not used a regular toothbrush for over 16 years, so I researched reviews and found this lovely toothbrush. It took some time to adapt to having to use manual pressure and effort to clean teeth, but this brush works wonderfully. It is soft and gets into crevices unlike the Oral B.If you have tooth, gum or nerve pain sensitivities, I would suggest to you this wonderful toothbrush. An added bonus is that for every brush you buy they donate to the less privileged which is nice for a company to do this day and age.Because I don't know how long these have been made, nor how long they will be making these brushes, I ordered enough to last me 5 years! I get cleanings every three months and that is when I change my brush. That is how much I love these brushes.Good luck with your brushing experience. And, I have to say they work better than an electric brush!

Gentle but thorough cleaning
I am surprised, at my rather advanced age, to find I am wearing braces. The orthodontist gave me lots of instructions and a sample toothbrush to use. Brushing is a big part of wearing braces and the toothbrush is critical. They gave me a special orthodontic toothbrush. Unfortunately it has a handle about the shape and diameter of a McDonald's straw. That coupled with the little touch of arthritis in my thumb means I can't keep a good grip while I am vigorously brushing around all the little brackets. You would think the special orthodontic toothbrush was designed for people with tiny hands...like maybe kids. I decided to try these brushes. They are a great choice. The bristles are very soft. The cross-section of the handle is rectangular and easy to hold. In the first photo I tried to show how the bristles are not trimmed off evenly at the end. Each bristle tapers to a point and they seem to poke under the wires and around the brackets better than any other brushes I have tried. The second photo shows the size of the handle. Very nice brushes.

Best Toothbrush Hands Down
These are the best toothbrushes in the world! I recently changed toothbrush brands based on my periodontist’s recommendations. After careful research I settled on ProSys because they were ADA approved and had stellar reviews. I was so impressed the first time I tried the toothbrush. It was like a gum massage. Not to mention that the handle is devoid of all the bacteria-holding nooks and crannies that are common with other popular toothbrush brands. The bristles are ultra-soft but reach past the gum-line to gently clean. The price was right too. I will never use any other brand again. I definitely recommend!

Good
The media could not be loaded. I really like these when I was scared of using a toothbrush that was too hard. I definitely like a firmer toothbrush now but these are great if you have sensitive gums. Larger head is nice but makes it difficult to reach back molars.
