I absolutely love these minerals! They are natural minerals, kelp and bee pollen. I am currently doing Carnivore, and I take these in the morning. They give me energy give me electrolytes and balance in my sodium, et,. Bee pollen, if you are not allergic to it, is an awesome product to take due to all the minerals and vitamins in it. All the trace minerals in it is what we need in our bodies. Most people don't take trace minerals and they're very important to our health. This truly is an awesome product and a necessity in everyday life. If you are on Carnivore or Keto, I would suggest you take these 😀

So far this has been a good product for me. My feet had been swelled up for last couple of years, even propping them up didn't help alot. Got to the point that I could hardly walk. Found out I was potassium and sodium deficit so purchased this to try. So far it has done well to help. I didn't take a picture when my feet were really swollen cause I wasn't expecting alot of progress. But the pictures are from several days to a couple of weeks with the swelling going down

Terrific product

I have tried so many different electrolyte powders, drinks, etc but nothing compares to these capsules. I have Hashimotos and I’ve actually felt a difference since starting these. I’m on my second bottle and absolutely have more energy, less brain fog and overall well being. It took about 2 weeks and I’ve been consistent. 6 capsules a day may seem like a lot but they’re easy to swallow and it’s just a matter of making a habit of taking 1 with each glass of water. Honestly, I average 3 to 5 a day and that has done wonders for me. I know everyone is different but Ancestral Minerals has helped me more than all of my myriad of supplements combined. I believe minerals are often overlooked but with our food supply being depleted, they are absolutely essential. I did wait quite some time to write this review so I could have time to make sure they were really working and give an honest opinion. I also love that they are from a small business and I hope they never change.

This was making me sick at first and I was taking less than what they recommended. I just had to start taking only one tab a day and my body I guess has gotten used to it so now I take 2 a day, I just make sure to eat something with it just in case. I have been feeling healthier, but I also take other vitamins so I can't really say if it's just because of this. Also, the pills are larger than I thought they would be, in case anyone is wondering.

I was taking both the minerals and the beef liver for about a month and I really thought the beef liver was what was helping me and I am sure it was, but when I stopped taking the minerals I realized they were also doing me a lot of good. My moods were terrible and my energy level was incredibly low. I got back on them and felt much better. Also I gave the minerals and beef liver to my husband and he noticed very quickly he had more energy and overall felt better.

This supplement kinda gives me a belly ache. Never had a problem with their supplements previously, this one just doesn’t make me feel right. The other issue is that you need to take so many. Not a deal breaker, but just not preferable to take so many.
