Works great
I used this multipe fill ST Dupont Gold Butane gas refill for the first time. I used in on my new James Bond Ligne 2 007 lighter. I screwed it in and then prseed on it twice, each time for 5 seconds. I could hear the gas go in. I did not get any gas leakage. I personally found it worked better than the single use cyllinders, which I saw as a waste since I would see a lot of gas left over in the cyllinders and it would just expand into the air.

Good butane but overpriced
I know it sounds hypocritical to own an S.T. Dupont lighter and have this criticism, but this butane is just not worth the price. It is definitely good quality and works very well with Dupont lighters, but it is such a small canister and is just not worth the price. The design of the tip makes it hard to get a fill without wasting some fuel. You can buy an adapter for a few bucks and be able to use much larger sizes of butane and save yourself a lot of money.

Cost effective fueling for the foremost premier cigar lighters
I've got well over a dozen of the gold/yellow Dupont "Gaz" cylinders, but when I found this, I had to have it.... no need to chill your lighter and warm up the fuel. Just turn down the flame adjust to the absolute minimum, remove the fill cap... screw in the multi-fill and push down for a few seconds; you may get a little spray back from slight over filling... but it's good for around fourteen refills according to S.T. Dupont's website, and substantially cheaper than a sleeve of ten individual cylinders too.

Designed to not work correctly
I know Dupont got a lot of flack for requiring the purchase of pretty expensive refills, but this is just absurd. The nozzle is very, very cheap, and designed to *not* fit correctly, releasing a ton of fuel into the air with every attempt to use.US: "Give us a real refill option"THEM: " Uh... haha, sure... here ya go... It's *totally* good for many uses @ 14x the price of regular butane"

Not consistent, and you'll waste more than you'll use
Let's call this what it is.... Dupont's latest shameless scam. The last was the "charge" (the small cylinders that you will notice are being phased out). Yes, they were a rip-off but they worked (most of the time, there were still duds). But these new big guys seem designed to waste as much fuel as possible. I'm sorry, but you should NOT have to study a You Tube video to learn how to properly put gas in your close-to-four-figure lighter. When it works, it's great, but that's the thing... it doesn't work consistently. These big refills often jam up so you make two to three attempts at filling the lighter. Maybe some want to spend this much time with their lighters. I don't. I have been unhappy with Dupont quality in general over the last ten years. This is just the push I need to go back to Dunhills.
