what an upgrade from "normal" pasta!!!!
We all know that regular pasta is super unhealthy, it's essentially junk food. But it is also easy and filling.Enter the shirataki noodle. Finally I can eat pasta without the guilt or the unhealthy-carbs.(Although I admit that I'm not sure shirataki noodles are "real" food. But neither is regular pasta.)The packaging is overkill. Two bags for each serving is ridiculous.I have tried a regular spaghetti noodle and the angel hair noodle.I feel that you don't get as much quantity with angel hair as you do with a larger noodle. You obviously get the same weight, but angel hair feels like less food quantity.I'm going to switch back to a larger noodle. The noodles do not separate easily like spaghetti noodles do. They clump together in a big ball. So I like to cut them with my kitchen shears. They're easier to eat when in smaller pieces.Yes, they smell slightly fishy. But properly rinsed, they have zero flavor and zero smell.Put the noodles in a mesh sieve. Spray them with your kitchen sprayer while tossing the noodles with your other hand or tongs. 30-60 seconds is enough. Squeeze to remove excess water. Heat and eat. They don't "take on" any flavors (which means that, by themselves, the noodles would then taste like the meat or sauce or whatever is in your dish), but they sort of blend in with the other flavors in your dish. They are a tasteless filler. I make spaghetti using ground turkey with spices and red pepper flakes, jarred sauce, and these noodles. When chewing, I notice they do have a slightly different texture than regular pasta. If you're sensitive to food textures, then I advise buying one serving (check local stores) before buying in bulk. That's what I did.So you get to eat pasta without affecting your insides or your waistline.

Amazing for Keto - COOK THEM RIGHT
I usually buy the "miracle" brand at Walmart and it's the same size bag but it's $3.88. So almost 4 bucks a bag. These are basically $2.60 a bag and they're just as good. The instructions on the packaging for these types of noodles are NEVER right. They tell you to just rinse them. That's not enough, and these do have a crazy odor when you open them but for the best results, I rinse them in cold water, then boil them for a few minutes, then I fry them by themselves (strain them first) in a pan for a few minutes THEN use them in whatever I'm cooking. I know it sounds like a lot of work but it's SO worth it.I've been making 'keto' stir fry with peppers and chicken and these noodles and it's so friggin good. Really scratches that pasta itch.

Taste is good.
You have to rinse well. They are a little smally when rinsing, but it doesn't carry over into the flavor. I use these a lot, but they are a little fishy smelling as you rinse them.

Makes low sugar eating better!
What’s not to love about these?!?!? I use these as pasta for Italian meals & also for Asian noodle dishes. I have also put them for a quick food processor pulse or 2 to make “rice” to add into meals, including soups.

Awful
FOUL! if you thought this was gonna be some kind of cheat food WRONG! pack it with seasonings its not gonna taste better and the texture is like eating worms, nothing like pasta like about it .

Okay
2/10 of the packs were completely dried out like sponges and tasted awful. The rest were fine.

Tastes neutral; no smell problems, highly recommend
I've read through the negative comments, and I'm perplexed. I wash the noodles a couple of times in water. Then put on a skillet to cook off the rest of the moisture for 5 minutes, and they're just fine.Even my smell-sensitive family doesn't notice. So I highly recommend these as a hunger-satisfying filler for those on a low-carb diet phase.
