Does exactly as advertised. It is sturdy and the sandpaper does not flake or rip easily so not dangerous at all.I was wary of having a sandpaper perch for my Caique as didn’t want to damage his feet but it is perfect and he loves to scrape his beak on it 😊

Recieved 2 days ago. Priscilla my Blue Headed Pionus wasn't sure about it at first, but as of today, she decided to give it ago and seems to like it, which I'm pleased as this will help keep her nails trimmed and the size will be good for her feet. Nice and big for her to walk about on as well.

I got Large in Red. Nice bright colour.It's big enough for both my African greys to sit on it, opposite each other so they can preen each others head.As they are African Greys they will naturally & eventually chew the sand off, it's what the do, but that's ok as they will still be left with a sturdy purch. Great purchase.

Those item is well made and definitely big enough for my Macaw.Macaw is a very fussy Bird, especially when it comes to what he will and won't stand on .Amazingly 👏 he loved ❤️ this perch the moment I put in his cage.The only this I would say, is when fixing to the cage, it can be a bit tricky in some cages because of the U type shape.If you do have a problem, try angling downwards on the bars, rather than trying to make it level.I found my birds liked them either way, except a certain Macaw 🤣🤣

My parrot loves this its like an automatic nail file... I put near food so he climbs on it a few times daily.. he eats he gets a manicure at same time... there not supposed to sit on these perches all day every day... always make sure u have a good variety of perches...

My parrot was able to peel the sand off from the edge and within minutes was pulling big chunks off. I had to remove it as I don't trust that the sand/glue/dye is non toxic

Tengo una Pyrrhura y el que tenga una ya sabrá que no paran. En verano si se posan en los hombros o brazos desnudos pueden provocar no pocos arañazos. Pues bien, este soporte es perfecto para que el animalito se pose en él y sus uñas queden limadas sin que tengamos que intervenir nosotros. A mí me daba mucho respeto cortárselas porque puede tener alguna venita en las uñas y no quería provocarle ningún mal al animal. El criador me recomendó llevárselo al veterinario, pero antes probé este soporte y en un par de días ya no necesitaba la visita del veterinario. Recomendado.
