I originally was set on getting a mirror with built in TFT display. I ordered one, but it did me a favor and didn't' work. I decided to buy this unit because it was nice and compact. Not only was it a 1/4 of the cost of the rear view mirror version, it doesn't add unnecessary stress to the mirror windshield mount. The screen is used along with my front facing bumper camera because I often find myself not parking forward enough in the parking stall. I hate hitting my bumper on the curb, so this helps me keep about 4" away and without sticking too far out.

Pros: Small footprint that fits easily on the dash. Foldable design keeps it out of the way when not in use. Clear enough for basic reversing or camera feeds. Cons: Doesn’t include a camera or cigarette lighter adapter, so expect extra cost. This little screen does what it’s supposed to if you keep expectations realistic. It fits nicely in my center console area without taking up space and folds down neatly when not needed. Setup is straightforward, and the display switches automatically when the camera feed is triggered. The image quality is decent for the size and price, making it a good budget-friendly option if you already have a compatible camera or want a simple video monitor for a project vehicle.
