I got the machine and been testing for 3 days. I am very happy with the way it looks and the settings included. The colors and sounds options are very soothing.

Works really well, has a schedule system so I don't have to turn it on everytime. I just add it to the schedule on the app and it comes off and goes off on it's own.The top sensor button doesn't work sometimes. I can't figure out why. But it works sometimes

After 6 months it does not want to charge and it is not working. I went onto the app to return and the return policy was only for 15 days.

We bought the item but the speaker stopped working after a short time.How to reach the support?

Honestly best and most useful thing we bought white noise coupled with the red light puts our newborn right to sleep it's honestly a life saver.
