Works effectively
Effectively provides an excellent support to knee patella during weight lifting and functional exercises and enables me to run without experiencing any post-running pain. It's an incredible aid for those dealing with runner's knee. Since using it I no longer go through downtime to recover from a long running.

Very nice
Really helpful for knee support during workouts and long walks. The strap is comfortable, adjustable, and reduces strain around the knee. Good quality for the price

Disappointed
It is not as effective as other brands with a similar product. The knee support seems to be lacking and does not solve the purpose
