Bumpy Skin Wash - Body Wash for Rough, Bumpy Skin - with AHA + BHA, Plus Vitamin E & Aloe - 6.5 oz

I’m finding this quite good and am rather excited about having found it. I do have KP. I was diagnosed a couple of decades ago, and at the time I was told it’s a dry skin issue that prevents normal secretions from uh secreting properly, and that the bumps are a buildup of protein. I was also told it would fade by itself by my 40’s. They lied about that last thing.While it isn’t really as bad as when I was young, I’m in my 50’s now and it’s still not faded. I also have the very dry skin symptom of a diabetic, and a lot of allergies, so I’m sure that exacerbates the problem.So, I’ve been using this on the back of my arms now for about three weeks, and I have seen a definite improvement. My level of redness was fairly low the last few years, but it’s all gone now, and the actual bumps are almost gone. I think it was called Amlactin, but I’m not sure. Anyway, it smelled like my cat’s litterbox after a lazy week of not cleaning it. It was horrible and the ammonia irritated my eyes terribly for several hours after each use. I’m extremely glad to see a new product for it, that works so well. This has no particular lingering scent and does not irritate my eyes at all.I’m using it on an old, flat Buff Puff, if you recall those. It has no scrubb-iness left to it by itself, but is a handy applicator. I don’t use much product, just maybe a quarter-sized dollop, so I like that as well. What I like about this product is that it did not worsen my bacne. It helped minimize the scars and darkspots and at the same time tightened my pores. However, it did not really help improve my bacne. This is not a miracle but a work in progress.

I have tried so many different products for my KP - Keratosis Pilaris. Amlactin, Gold Bond Rough and Bumpy, KP Elements to name a few.I am using this with the BumpKlear brand lotion on my right arm and im using this Wash with Ammonium Lactate on my left arm that many people say is good for KP and im going to do my own test.I honestly dont see a difference after using this wash and using both lotions for about 2 weeks.The bottles are so big including this wash so they will last a whileI took pictures before and will wait another few weeks before taking an after picture to post here to help others

This has changed my 7 year old's skin forever! His skin has so much keratin build up, and we have tried everything! Creams, lotions, oils, scrubs, etc., and I saw the reviews on this and had to try. It has seriously changed his entire complexion, and in just a short amount of time. We do not even use it daily or twice daily. His skin reacted so well to this, we use it 2-3 times during his shower. We then use the Bumpy Skin Lotion (only 2-3 times a week.) He went from having severely irritated skin on his arms, legs, back, chest and face, and the difference this has made is simply wonderful! I have shared this product with all my friends and raved about it. I even had a bad break out a few days ago and put it on my face and the redness and bumps were gone the next day!

My product came opened and half of the bottle spilled all over the box and it’s dry so it’s been that was for days.

Makes a huge difference! I suffer from Karatosis Pilaris and have tried everything from Dermadoctor’s $50 Chemical Exfoliator to $6 coconut oil and nothing has had such a positive impact as this wash! I’m thoroughly impressed. I noticed a difference within a couple of days. My suggestion is to let the wash soak in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing off and follow with an extremely moisturizing lotion like Amlactin Rapid Relief ($14) or Dermadoctor’s AHA Moisturizing Therapy ($38).

All it did was give me a sunburn, no matter how much sunscreen I used.

I noticed bumpy or scaly skin on underside of my arms -area beneath elbow. Thought dry skin or result of not thoroughly washing, and scrubbed and scrubbed to alleviate, to no avail. Have used this product maybe every other day in shower in just the arm area, rubbing it in with a mesh shower puff. It has caused maybe a 90% reduction of the problem. It was informative reading its information concerning what can cause the problem. It’s worked for me.
