We've been staying with family recently who had an old model. It was fabulous, and whilst you still have to iron, it saved hours. This model enables you to iron both sides at the same time (almost) and folds away nicely. Everything works as it should, the fan was a little tricky to get working, however this was due to us not connecting the plug properly. The a quick troubleshoot soon cured that.
