Beautiful mugs - when they are HOT!

Bought a couple of these for my brother and sister-in-law for Christmas. They love them and tell me they are big sturdy mugs and are just beautiful when they are hot. When not hot they are a plain black. They arrived in nice boxes and were well packaged. They do need to be hand washed as the dishwasher will damage them. Great gift idea for someone who drinks hot beverages.

Awful - mug arrived with no handle and scratches all over!!

Unfortunately i did not immediately open this item as i knew what it was and put it away for Christmas - big mistake! Upon opening i found the mug in a terrible condition, handle is snapped off and not even in the box, scratches all over it. All around very poor!

Received Mug - and huge disappointment for holidays

Ordered this fun holiday mug. Ended up waiting several weeks for this order to enjoy during the holidays and instead receive a kids white shirt! Seriously?
