Pros: Easy to set up, works as advertised, has at least one song / sound that you will find acceptable out of the 50 plus loaded into the unit. This is not going to sound like a Bose system but it does the job. If you are patient, it does not take long to figure out how it works. I placed this in my mother's three-story townhouse; she is 87 and hard of hearing. Needed something she could hear with her hearing aids in or out. Placed one on each floor. Set the back door to play one sound and the front door to pay another so she knows what door to answer. Cons: The doorbell button uses a battery that may be a little difficult to locate locally but you should be able to get them online easily. If you have a metal wall plate the bell will not work, either replace the plate with a plastic one or use another outlet. These plug into the wall so if they are in the open small children may want to play with them, which can change the settings or cause problems that are more serious when the child tries to take them out of the wall. No firsthand experience here, just doing a little risk management. When the wall unit rings blue lights flash, which may attract small children. So location is a consideration. While these are loud, I wish they had one or two more settings to increase the volume. I do not think if she is sleeping without the hearing aids in she will hear the doorbell. I have a similar object in her bedroom for the telephone and it is louder and does wake her from her sleep. We love our new doorbell. We have a gate and fence around our property and often miss visitors, especially deliveries. Our new doorbell is a wireless system with two pieces that can be used to ring the bell - one is on our gate and the other is installed by our front door. They have a sticky back and the glue is holding well. Just peel and stick! There are three ringers that make noise when one of the doorbells is rung. We simply had to plug the ringers into a regular outlet and they worked right away. Every time someone rings the doorbell, the ringers ring in three different places in our house. You can adjust the volume to make the ring as loud or quiet as you want it. We had 52 choices for the bell sound - my husband quickly programmed the gate doorbell to have one sound and the front door doorbell to have another so as soon as the doorbell is pushed, we know if the person is at the gate or the front door. Right now, the ringers are playing Christmas songs. After the holidays, we will set them to play something else. We looked at a number of different types of doorbells and this one was by far the easiest to install, had plenty of choices for the sound and was the best priced product. We highly recommend it.

Hello Reader, my wife has Parkinson’s and is having difficulty trying to walk without falling. She has a walker and forgets to use it (a Parkinson’s dilemma). I was looking for something affordable that she could easily ring a bell if she is in an emergency alert situation. I am so happy I found the Coolqiya Wireless Doorbell. I purchased the one with 2 Remote Button and 3 Plugin Receiver, No Batteries Required for Receiver over 50 Chimes, White-doorbell ringer. It has given me peace of mind when I am not directly in the same room with her. My wife uses it a lot and feels comfortable being able to ring it when she needs help. All I had to do is plug in the Receiver and push the remote button and it worked within a second. I did not have to install the product as we are using it as an alert device. We have a two story home and I have one remote button upstairs and one downstairs. It’s usually close to her. I am looking for a way to strap it so she can carry it on wrist or clothing. I only need one receiver as you can hear it all over the house. I did use all three. One for the master bedroom, one for my office and the third one in the kitchen downstairs. Thank you Coolqiya for this great product. I recommend this for anyone. Quick, easy and works.

Overall this is a good doorbell solution. We have the bases plugged in around the house and range seems pretty good (60-80 ft.). I can see someone wanting to install a base in a remote location like a garage workshop or home office where you normally wouldn’t hear a single bell. The two push buttons are compact and install easily with the included double-sided tape or screws. The buttons are not weather proof so it needs to be installed out of direct rain/snow. While the bases do have 50 chimes, most of them are lengthy tunes that I don’t think I’d want in my house. Unfortunately, you need to cycle through all 50 to select the one you like. You do have the option of selecting a different tone for each button, so you can distinguish front door/back door.

Got these for our church, was an easy installation. They have only been installed for about a month and a half, but so far they work great. We needed 2 doorbells, and having the 3 receivers is great, because they go in different areas of our large facility and no matter where you are you can hear at least one of them. The volume control is perfect, gets loud enough to be heard or can be turned way down if you like. A great variety of chimes available, with a number of different themes (e.g., Christmas music). We may want to get another remote button, so will look into that. Only drawback is the documentation is not as robust as one might like, but is understandable. It would be good if instructions for ordering additional buttons were included, as well as a list of what the chimes are in order, so you could skip to what you might like to hear (that would cut down on the setup time).

This doorbell is great. The receivers are all plugged in to the sockets, so it's reliable. The volume (and chime selection) is great. The battery for the remote has not been replaced in 18 months (the good thing is that I bought a second remote and did not use it, so I just replaced the whole remote outside with a new one). Weather-wise, the remote withstood heat and rain. Although there was some discoloration as it was battered by the elements for one and a half years, it never broke down... only until the battery had to be replaced. So all in all, it's a good buy.

I placed 3 receivers throughout a 11,000 sqft house and it works very well. If you select a high sounding ringtone and set the volume on 4 it can be heard in most places clearly. Each transmitter (doorbell) can have a specific ringtone assigned to a receiver. I had to pair/assign the same ringtone for my backdoor transmitter to 3 receivers then I did it again for my front door transmitter with a different ringtone. I recommend you doing this all in the same area before placing all the transmitters around the home and having to run to the front door or back door to assign them. It's not hard to do. Very simple. 1) Select the ringtone you want on the receiver 2) Hold down the volume button for 5 seconds till you see the flash and hear the tone 3) Press the transmitter button to assign the tone to the transmitter. If you wait too long before pressing the transmitter button you'll have to repeat from step 2 above. Not that its a drawback, but a lot of the ringtones are very long. That might be useful for people who are hard of hearing but could end up being very annoying generally. There's an easy solution: pick a short ringtone.

My comments below still apply, however, I was contacted several by this new seller. He was extremely helpful & supplied me with a schematic on the battery replacement steps and a much clearer explanation on pairing. The 3 bells are working fine, but I haven't gotten around to pairing the specific chimes I want. The effort of the seller to address my concerns was extraodinary, so based on this, I will change the rating to a 5. I tried to attach the instructions, but jpg file won't upload? The instructions that came with this are totally unclear. What has not been mentioned is what type of battery it takes and absolutely no explanation of how to replace it. I have not used the bells as yet while I am determining whether or not to return this. I have a wireless bell now and am tired of the A23-12v batteries consistantly failing. On this unit you need to do the following to replace the battery: 1) You have to pry the housing open. Once done, you can see the battery buried under the circuit board. 2) You will need a mini screwdriver to unscrew the 2 screws, 1 at the top of the board & the 2nd at the bottom. Make sure you know which direction the board was in when you removed it, otherwise it will not set in properly. Further, there is no mention of any warranty? I viewed the videa because I am confused about setting the chime type. The video shows the woman holding two buttons at the same time while the tiny manual does not. This information should be thoroughly explained and included in the package.

I bought the set with 2 doorbells and 3 receivers. We are in a 2 floor bungalow and we spent 90% of our time downstairs. The bells were installed easily. I placed one of the receivers upstairs and the other two to split the basement. No problem hearing these bells. One problem, there are so many choices of melody that it's tough picking the one you want. LOL. Good looking and work extremely well.

Very useful. I have a very big house and a new born. We used this to call support for baby by installing at different places in the house. You have two caging buttons, can place on either side of the bed or in different places where baby is usually placed.

One of the receivers stopped working after some days and I am unable to get that repaired 😔

I like theses door bells, I live in the country on 160 acre farm..I keep one receiver for going to the barn (aprox 50yds) from house and the machine shed (100yds from house). If my wife needs me she can just push a button and I come a runnin..lol..Receivers are very loud and are movable. Lots of sound selections, although some are a little in left field, but some people think in left field so I guess that is good.(maybe its me in left field who knows). I bought cheap door bells in the past and they were a WASTE of time and money..don't hesitate to buy these bells its all GOOD..Thanks for reading..and thanks for the bells..
