I originally bought the 2.4g and didn't realize my internet was 5g only. Customer support helped me figure out my issue quickly. I returned the camera and got the correct one. It works great.

Audio needs to be improved especially if there’s background noise. Sound is not clear and lots of microphone squealing on the app if there’s any type of background noise. Instructions and descriptions of features and benefits are lacking. Camera is clear. App is fairly intuitive but not the easiest to navigate.

Me encanta que puedo hablarle desde el teléfono y escuchar si llora. Es muy fácil de usar y puedes moverla desde la app para ver toda la habitación. ¡Una excelente opción para mamás y papás!

Generally, these are excellent cameras, and believe me, I've had many, many brands over the years. They're surprisingly inexpensive and come with lots of features. Now, with their new AI features, they can even send your phone notifications that they've "seen" people, cars, or other items the AI can identify.The only drawback I'm finding, as I'm installing a couple more today, is that they can't look down! This is very frustrating when, like most security cams across the entire Earth, you want to put them up high so they can look down over an area! What designer decided looking down wasn't important? So, do not put them up on a corner of a tall bookcase to look down over a room. No putting them up high in the corner of a hallway to look down through it. Now, they do look UP with no problem! This means they would be very efficient if you hang them upside down. But I'm not going to screw these into the ceilings all over the house and garage.Also, if you choose to buy these, be sure to get MicroSD cards for them, as they can't store images or videos onboard without them - unless you want to pay monthly for online Cloud storage. Even without cloud storage, it's easy enough to access their storage away from home on the smartphone, so there's no downside.

This camera is great! But also everyone who buys it should know that even though it says it's not compatible with 5. GHz internet. It is more than compatible with it. If you set this up with a 5 GHz internet connection there will be a notification that will pop up on the screen asking you. Do you wish to continue? You just click yes. I found out by mistake that it works much better with 5 GHz. The picture is much more Crystal clear and there's no lag or almost no lag.
