I got this to help with some gum issues I have. It is part of a new procedure for my mouth care. 1 week in and I think it is helping.

I wanted to use it to refill a pump bottle in my bathroom, so I had to literally squeeze and dump and squeeze and dump to get the whole thing emptied so that was a bit cumber

I ordered the 4 pack and only received 2 bottles which had holes in them. Not worth it.
