I had decided to groom my own two small dogs so at purchased a ONEISALL dog clipper X2+N5 in September of 2022. It was quiet and seemed to cut ok but my dog’s haircut looked choppy. I wasn’t sure I was using the clippers correctly so I contacted ONEISALL through their email. At that time there was no phone number listed in the user manual. The associate helped me understand the adjustments on the clipper but no master what I did I still got the same choppy results. Recently,I happened to discover a phone number for ONEISALL and contacted them. After I described my problem they sent me a CP-9050 model and suggested I purchase the Wahl stainless steel clipper blades . The combination has solved my problem! I am very impressed that they stand behind their products with a lifetime warranty. After my initial call we corresponded by email. The customer service agent responded immediately each time. The replacement clippers arrived in three days . Outstanding customer service!!

Battery lasts long, works fast and effectively trims smooth. Being cordless makes it even easier to use. Light weight and good design. Buy it! It's great quality for the price. Not too loud as well. My mini poodle, Milo, was comfortably groomed at home thanks to this kit. I used the 3mm trimmer attachment (it gives a shave (see pic) - next time I will use one of the longer trimmer attachments). Also, I recommend purchasing curved trimming scissors to finish the legs and face with a polished look.

The larger clippers and guards work great for trimming our Shih Tzu. The smaller, white trimmers don’t work quite as well, but they get around the face nicely. The blades themselves could be a little bit sharper. I think they work great for people that want to groom their dogs at home every once in a while. I would not recommend them to a professional groomer for constant use every day. I do like that they hold a charge for quite a while. And they are very easy to take apart and clean thoroughly.

I'm not a professional groomer and purchased these to maintain my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in between grooming. I LOVE the set, it has been so easy to use and works really well. I watched videos online how how to best groom my dog and have been practicing. I started with a longer guard and have been slowly going shorter till I get the desired look.

This was one of the best purchases I've made. I love the convenience of trimming my own dogs at home. They both get nervous around strangers. Recently, my paw trimmers wouldn't turn on or charge. I contacted customer support via the email address on the package and they responded right away offering a product replacement at no charge. It wasn't required, but I submitted a video of the product not working and a replacement was sent. I think I had a new set of paw trimmers in about a week.I'm usually very hesitant to contact companies for warranty issues because they give the run around and want all kinds of "proof." Oneisall was so easy to work with and we're very professional. We did it all through email which was very convenient for me!

I have gone through many trimmers and these by far are the best. They trim like butter and make grooming a breeze. Thay don't get caught in my poodles' thick hair and they come with every attachment you will need to groom at home .
