A damaged product was delivered . The button for increasing temperature doesn't work

17/10/2023…Product is not in a good condition, used and damaged product receive, this is too expensive they didn’t provide bills also.. this is not a good thing to deal with the customer.

I have already used regminton silk model and I want another one ,so I ordered this new model,but it doesn't work properly, all my money waste,and even they are not returning back.

At the first plug in burnt smell came from the appliance. There are scratches on the product also
