BUYER BEWARE. Shoddy stitching and cheap materials. We bought it in advance of Halloween, and now we can’t even return it! Save your money. There’s better craftsmanship in a trash bag.

I bought this for my 7 year old for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. It fits true to size for her age. The polka dots glow very well! I am disappointed that the back of the dress is just a plain pink. For the price the polka dots should continue around the entire dress. My daughter loves it.
