I needed a personalized, engraved brass plate to go with a framed award. Rossi Engraving's customization screen was excellent. It showed a perfect representation of the finished product that I eventually received. Excellent quality, very pleased with the result.

Only a good old fashioned FAMILY run business cares about their customers more than they care about the bottom line. I made my initial order through Amazon and the custom plate arrived right on time with everything spelled correctly. It was perfect . . . all except for my measuring ability. I had mis-measured the space where the engraved plate was supposed to go. I emailed the company to let them know I had to re-order a new plate because of my own mistake. They told me it would be THEIR pleasure to make the replacement plate, NO CHARGE. They told me to choose the replacement plate, let them know, and they would take care of it right away. I offered to send the first plate back and they told me to go ahead and keep it.My replacement plate arrived today, free of charge as promised. I don't remember the last time I received customer service like this. Rossi Engraving has earned a loyal customer for life. I encourage all who read this to support this family run business.

Engraving was perfect. Size was perfect for my needs. Service and timeliness were excellent.

Five stars on the very nice brass plate. The engraving was well done. Very satisfied. However, the included #2 screws were brass plated steel. Fortunately, I happen to have a supply of #2 wood screws, so it was no big deal. But they are not available at hardware stores, so other buyers would be stuck with screws whose finish will eventually deteriorate. I paid about $4.30 for 100 from MicroFasteners.Your product is too good to skimp on the screws.

These nameplates were perfect and arrived before promised which was awesome as were on a tight deadline for the awards night. Very reasonably priced too. Will be using this company again. Thank you!
