This may be the best fan I've ever used... & I can't sleep without at least one fan, so... lol.
I've had this fan only for a few hours, but, considering we had to deal with still being super overheated when we had 3 tower fans + a ceiling fan... Once I installed this Comfort Zone window fan into our window and started it, it's been doing a better job than all 4 previous fans combined, all by itself! It's incredible. Will come update later if we have any issues, but for now, it's quite comfortable in this room, for the first time in 3+ years that we've lived here. the cooling performance is top tier, the remote works a treat and helps if you have chronic pain like myself. It fit into our window super simply and easily, and even locked into place once I set it up, I love the little table-feet things, for if we need to put it into storage, and while it's just a little bit more loud than a regular tower fan, the noise level is a great deal less than getting a window-a/c unit. Overall, thus far, I am super happy with this purchase!!

Nice window fan
This window fan works great! It is made of lightweight plastic, so it is not as heavy as the Bionaire fan, but it does not feel flimsy or affect its performance. I have been using it for about two weeks, sometimes for up to 16 hours a day during the New York summer. I was worried that it might overheat, but it has continued to work perfectly. It feels durable, provides good airflow, and the noise is barely noticeable.

2026 good, not 1990 good tho
Not to say ancient, but they don’t make things like they used too. This fan is pretty good! It has 3 speeds and can vent, draw or both. It performs those tasks (which isn’t as common any more) and the remote is handy! That said, if you’re replacing one from your parents or grandparents gen, the power will be disappointing. It’s very 2026, not made to last, not made to rip. I don’t regret and would likely suggest, but compared to older similar machines, it can’t hold (nor blow out) a candle.

Used to Reduce CO2 in home office
Used to reduce carbon dioxide in home office. We kept getting headaches in small home office where we work and play games. Bought a CO2 monitor only to realize we were getting to levels of 1500-1600 and anything over 1800 is considered pretty bad! Bought this. Light weight, fit in window easily (didn't need feet, fit in window sill without removing window screen). First day was in office- In 2 hours use on exhaust on medium, CO2 went down from 1500 to 600. Second day, tried it in bedroom window directly across hall in window on farthest wall on medium. In 1.5 hrs CO2 went from 1200 to 750. Have gotten it as low as 500. CO2 rises from breathing as well using gas appliances (we have a gas stove). Prefer it in bedroom as it is a little loud for me (easily over stimulated by noise). But it isn't so loud you can't hold conversation or anything. Light weight enough that I just take it out of window at night and set it on the sill or floor. Air in rooms definitely feel less dense and more fresh. Very happy with this window fan unit! If you're getting headaches in specific rooms at home, consider it might be CO2 and get some ventilation asap!

Hit and miss
Just got my fan today and i love it. It fits perfectly in my window without removing the existing screen. My previous fan was insanely loud so for me the noise lvl is no issue at all much better then my old 1. I could do without the beeps when pushing buttons but its not as bad as i was expecting from the reviews. I have it set to circulate and in a short time the room is already a few degrees cooler. Some reviewers had issues with the expanding bellows on each side. Maybe they had a defective 1 or were not unlocking or locking the clips properly because mine slides out easily and fully and securely locks in place with the locking clips on all 4 corners. If you want more of an air tight seal between the fan and the window, you can always get insulation foam tape. But honestly i dont think you will need it unless you have odd shapped window frames. I think im going to get another 1 for the kitchen to exhaust and circulate since it can get very muggy while cooking. Update: I changed my star rating from 5 to 2. As you can see my first fan was a solid 5 star experience. However the second fan was deffective. The front cover which the motor is mounted to was deformed and concaved inward causing the blades to hit the rear cover to the point the left blade would not spin. Because i didnt want to go through the hassle of returning it i got a wooden spatula and pushed the fan outward from behind. Its still concaved but at least it works (for now.). Make no mistake while a window fan can be very effective at cooling or venting a room, this brand and model is very flimsy and cheaply made. I no longer have confidence in how long any of the fans i bought will last. I will not be buying a 3rd 1 like i originally planned. Very disappointed.

Buy Amazon Basic and warranty. It performs better.
I bought this window fans to replace Amazon Basic twin fans that died 10 days after warranty expired. This one works ok. Not pulling/pushing air as well as its predecessor. It automatically starts with pulling air in. It doesn’t have a memory like Amazon Basic where it remembers the last mode you set it to turn on, so if you want to use it solely as an exhaust fan you’ll have to press buttons 4 times, turn it on, change to exhaust and twice to put it into high speed. Unlike the Amazon basic it remembers where you left it so you just need to press a button and done. Comfort Zone a lot quieter than Amazon basic for sure since it doesn’t pull/push air as well as the other one either. Other than that all is good so far. Just a little inconvenience. I did purchase Asurion warranty thru Amazon like I did for the other fan just in case this one fails after a year when the warranty expires. If you do decide to purchase Asurion warranty I recommend that you keep the original box if the product you bought since when you do file claim, Asurion asked for you to send the product back in for them to “review”.

An Unbearable Fan Experience: Why You Should Avoid This Noisy, Inefficient Window Fan
Don't be lured by the ease of unboxing this fan, as it's ultimately a disappointment that's not worth your money. Be warned - this fan doesn't include batteries, so you'll need to buy those separately. What's worse, the fan's noise level is obnoxiously loud, rattling metal and emitting an irritating hum from the motor. In a small room, even the medium setting can be overpowering. The fan's design is flawed, featuring annoying high-pitched beeps every time you change the settings. With three speeds and three vent options (intake, outtake, and circulate), adjusting the fan at night will surely disturb your peace. Moreover, the highest speed fails to deliver sufficient airflow while generating uncomfortable noise. Consider this: the fan doesn't push enough air in, out, or circulate effectively. The extendable side pieces, designed for wider windows, don't lock securely, and the poor construction is evident. A crucial design oversight is the lack of a separating wall between the two fans encased within a single container. This means the fan's four airflow holes cannot maximize the motors' potential, with the fans working against each other. If it weren't for the extreme humidity, I'd return this fan without hesitation due to its limited usability. Coupled with the excessive beeping when adjusting settings, this product is far from worth it. I'll be steering clear of this brand and similar products in the future. Lastly, in this day and age, the subpar remote appears like a cheap knockoff from a bygone era, and we deserve better. I’m considering returning since the fan is not pushing enough air in, out, or circulating as well as you would expect it to. The side pieces that extend so you can fit it better in your window don’t seem to lock well, and while you may not experience the same issue it is pretty obvious this fan cost $5 to produce. Without a separating wall in between the two fans, when trying to circulate air it just seems to get stuck in between the fan. I could see it worsening the air quality despite easy install terrible noises. Don't be lured by the ease of unboxing this fan, as it's ultimately a disappointment that's not worth your money. Be warned - this fan doesn't include batteries, so you'll need to buy those separately. Nice fan
Very nice fan with options but it has an annoying hum while running. We kept it since it works so well and its remote feature is fabulous

Definitely helps keep the air circulating and room cooler at night
We already had one of these Window Twin Fans and knew they worked well for what their meant to do. So I wanted another one to put in our livingroom window as the other one is in a bedroom in our apt. On a very hot day like today at 43c/109f in Ontario Canada we are sizzling! I don't run it through the day as I keep my drapes closed to keep the hot air out. But after dinner once the sun has started to set I will turn it on to exhaust the hot air out of the room first leave it on awhile then in the evening I will then turn it to draw the cooler air in the room. This works like a charm believe me!! With it's good selection of speeds and direction of air this really does make a difference. We also have a air conditioner in the livingroom and at night this also helps move the air around while drawing in cooler air where I'm able to sometimes shut off the air conditioner. Have had this now 2 seasons and it's working like a charm no complaints easy to wipe down at the end of the season when I pull it out of the window to put away for winter. I can see when there's heat waves upon us these types of window fans sell out everywhere and fast because they inexpensive and they work!! Very happy and pleased to have purchased this fan!!

Puedo dormir tranquilamente.

Love it!
It works so good. I love the different options it has. My one dislike is the beep it makes every time you push a button. Either than that its great.

Pleased overall but expanders are useless
Overall, I am quite happy with it so far and feel I received good value for the price (bought it on Prime Day for $68). It moves air pretty well and while I didn't think I would have much use for the circulate option that's what I use most of the time. Bit noisy at top speed but I live downtown and get so much noise through the window to begin with (traffic, sirens, yelling weirdos, etc.) that the fan noise becomes white noise for me however, if you are used to a quiet bedroom this may be an issue for you. I like having the remote so I don't have to get out of bed at night to change settings. Only negative thing and the reason I took off a star from my rating is that the accordion expanders are garbage, as they won't lock into place. I use the fan vertically in the window and there is absolutely no way I would trust them to hold the fan in place so I had to improvise. I use the bug screen on the outward facing side all the time in addition to the window screen and like having the fabric screen to put on when I go out so I don't have to worry about the schmutz coming in from the street all day. There was no problem fitting the fan into my window. Update August 25, 2024: Happy to say that the fan is still working as well as when I starting using it last year. With the heat we've had, it has been on more days and for longer periods of continuous time so I am still very pleased with my purchase.
