I have celiac and am also keto and that's a really difficult combo when you want bread products because most keto breads contain gluten. This Carbonaut white bread is SO good! It's super soft with a great texture and very mild flavor. Works great with everything I've put on it and I can't wait to try Carbonaut's low carb french toast muffin recipe! I almost didn't buy it because it's expensive but for me it's worth every penny. I'm for sure keeping this in my freezer always!

I ordered four loaves of this bread which is very soft. It came shipped in a box with nothing to hold it in place. All 4 loaves were smashed.One loaf was completely flat!!! The product itself is very good.But I will not be ordering from this company ever again!!

I can not eat gluten and I watch my carbs due to most gluten free products being high in carbs. This bread is the best bread I have found. I have even tried making my own bread. It is expensive but to me it is worth it to be able to have a sandwich or toast. It taste great and it does toast well. I prefer to toast it for my sandwiches because it is a soft bread. I just wish I could find the hamburger and hot dog buns from carbonaut gluten free.

It’s hard to find a good tasting gluten free bread and even tougher when you want it low carb too. This bread actually has a good flavor, consistency and texture and only 1 net carb per slice! Pretty expensive but worth it!

It is tuff to buy bread that is both gluten free and Keto. We have celiac so i need gluten free. The white bread is a little soft and easy to tear, but I still like it. Taste is good and low carb and gluten free. I wish there were more products gf and keto.

The bread taste great, but it came in a box that was badly damaged and the bread was also damaged no packing no no warning signs. It should be treated with care. Very disappointed to you. Pay $60 for four loaves of bread that are smashed about the only thing I could do with them now is toast them in the oven and cut them up to be croutons or stuffing very disappointed will not buy from this distributor again.

I really like that this bread meets all of the points I need in a bread. Non gluten non-GMO no grains & low carb. But whatever is causing this bread to have the pasty feel in your mouth along with the way it almost immediately turns to dough in the mouth also really needs to be fixed. Fix these two issues & you will have the best overall keto healthy bread on the market. As is way overpriced. PS. This bread for some reason raises my blood sugar. Not immediately, but gradually over an hour or two.

I want to update my review. My order came all smashed so it was very difficult to even use the bread. I contacted the seller and they sent me a whole new order, which I didn’t expect to happen. Thank you soooooo much. This order arrived perfect.The bread is delicious! But! It came all squashed in the box. The box was all bent up and smashed in as well. This is expensive bread and it needs to be packaged in a different way to prevent this. The loafs were just laying loose in a box, no protection. The bread tastes really good though, like regular bread. Would not be able to make a sandwich out of it.
