I started using Laroch-Posay when showering and it did help a bit, but it did not alleviate the problem. I decided I would give Cetaphil moisturizing cream a try. I apply it all over after showering. The improvement has been amazing after just one week. No dry flaking skin, no rough skin. It is soft and smooth, but not oily. No negative side effects. Not slimy, not sticky, no unwanted perfumed smell. I highly recommend this product.

I use this on the nights I apply my Tretinoin .025 cream. I was worried my face would get super flaky and red based on what I’ve heard, but this lotion has completely negated those side effects. It’s actually better than many of the more expensive products I’ve tried, and it doesn’t take much of it to cover your face. I wake up with my face super hydrated and plump, while also getting the benefits of the tret. Win-win!!
