Amazing showerhead, Horrendous hose.
I'll be echoing what other reviews have said here; this is an amazing showerhead with an absolutely phenomenal mist setting (as shown). I had bought this a couple years ago, but unfortunately had to leave it behind during a move. The model has since been discontinued in stores and only recently was able to rediscover the model of the unit. After a few days, I was able to enjoy its wonderful mist once more.However, as others have stated, this comes with a completely worthless hose; it is so stiff that it makes it utterly impractical for use, in comparison to even cheap showerheads I've used in the past. Thankfully, in both cases of when I bought it, because it uses a standard hose, I simply used the hose from the old showerhead and installed it on the new (like the one shown in my photo, which came from the Waterpik TRS-553), so I was never out of pocket for the swap. I don't know what Waterpik was thinking with this hose, and why they didn't use the same hose used in other models that were perfectly fine (and even attractive in the TRS-553's case).Highly recommended, but again, be prepared to replace the hose on purchase. Don't throw away the old showerhead's hose unless it's leaking, and don't return this outstanding showerhead because of the hose - you'll be missing out on a great product.

Product was not as described. Ad said it was metal. Product shipped was plastic.

Flimsy
You get what you pay for. So far working okay but compared to the one I replaced from the same manufacturer, seemed like they went a couple of notches down quality wise.

Hand Held Shower Head
Great stream selection. Be sure to remove the gizmo in the part that attaches to the pipe that restricts water flow, you’ll like it a lot more. This has been addressed on here and other forums. Make sure you have room between the ceiling of your shower and the holder for the shower head to go in. I had to buy a separate shower head holder for my shower because of its low ceiling. I recommend this hand held shower head bottom line.
