Be Who You Are Hardcover – Picture Book, October 25, 2016

Todd Parr writes such wonderful, impactful stories! The messages are simple where even the youngest reader can understand, but also profound enough for the oldest. His illustrations are fun and engaging for all kids. I work in an elementary school library and he's one of our most popular authors. This is one of his best! I bought it to enjoy reading with my twin nephews.

Tood Parr books are my 10-month old's hands-down favorites. She's only started showing interest in books in the last month, but these books can distract her pretty quickly. The illustrations are cute and bright, and the messages are pretty awesome, too (Be Who You Are, It's Okay to Be Different...). Each page is manageable for this age (she doesn't get bored as we flip through). I'm sure when she's older they'll be good starter books to read. We'll definitely buy more Todd Parr books.

As a teacher, these are the best books. My students are so engaged in these books and we get into such a deep conversation about them after we read them. They asked me to contact Todd Parr and invite to our class so they could meet him

Todd Parr Tuesday has been a part of my classroom for many years. The stories are so comforting. These are an excellent resource for mindfulness activities. My students are calmer and more empathetic thanks to Todd Parr's work. They love his stories. My Todd Parr library expands constantly.

This book is perfect!! It's about being proud of who you are and accepting others. The words and illustrations are wonderful. Kids love it!! I'll be purchasing other books by Todd Parr.

This is an excellent book. Talks about being yourself in a easy to understand writing. My grandson is 5 and this is a great book to start teaching about being yourself and not trying to be someone you’re not.
