Horrible!! Product was damaged - the powder was all over the package. Broken. It felt like sand - there was no fragrance either. Worst part - no return or refund is allowed

MY CAT REFUSED THE LITTER BOX after I sprinkled the smallest amount of this product in it. We keep a very clean litter box, we pick the droppings at least twice a day but I decided to go the extra-mile and buy this product. First of all, the product smells like nothing at all. I sprinkled a small amount into the box, mixed into the clumping sand and let the cat smell it. To my surprise, after smelling it, my cat refused to go anywhere near the litter box. She ran away. I thought it may take some getting used to, so I changed the whole mix right away and didn't use Felight for a couple of days. Last night I decided to sprinkle again a little bit of Felight into her box hoping for the best. In the morning I woke up to find that she pooped in the sink instead of the box. She NEVER did that before. If I could give a -1 star I would. It's been extremely frustrating having to clean the whole bathroom and the cat at 6am. So, if you don't want to find yourself deep cleaning cat poop from most unexpected places first thing in the morning, don't use this product.

the seller just gave a sand!! No smell not a deodorizer!! Packaging is broken and not eligible for return! What a waste of money! Karma is real just wait for it!!!

The Box arrived weeks after I ordered and the box had split open. The powder was everywhere and I had to throw it away.

Boxes arrived broken and everything spilled, i poored some from the spilled powder in the cat litter to see how it will work, it is useless

Gave this 2 stars as the product is good and has nice smell but 2 containers were burst open in the box and there was loss of product. I won’t be buying again very poor packaging
