Hybrid & Company Women's Office Blazer

Beautiful jacket great quality. Came wrinkled but but in the wash and dried flat which was all it needed. The fit is great. I usually wear a large jacket due to my broad shoulders. This was a great fit with plenty of stretch. It is figure flattering and I will buy it in other colors. The cut is great for work or with jeans. The arms are a tad long but I always have this issue. Nothing obvious to anyone but me.

Seriously so pleased with this jacket. This is a true, real review. It will probably sound like one of those paid reviews, but it's just my honest opinion! And not just an "oooh, something new, I'm excited, rave review". Everything about this jacket works for me so I need to share. First things first - the size. I wear a 1X in US size, but knew to size up in clothes from China, so I ordered the 3x. It fits beautifully across my shoulders and bust and waist. It has just enough stretch to still work IF it had been too snug, but it fits me so well without the stretch. The stretch is just an added bonus for unrestricted arm movement. For reference, my measurements are 44 bust, 41 waist, and 47 hips. Now, about the style - so cute! The cut of this jacket is very very flattering to us larger ladies. It is snug at the waist, then flares out smartly at the hips, and with a cute slightly longer peplum at the back. As noted in my measurements above, I am thick in the middle, straight down with no waist to speak of, but this jacket makes me look like I have one. The wide double lapels helps with that, too - the combination of the flared peplum and the wide lapel makes a great silhouette. The wide lapel also works my upcoming 70s disco theme party, lol. But, it is still very modern and fashionable for 2019 and I will wear it to the office and to dinners out. Next, the quality - I bought the premium weight jacket in black. It's available in the lighter weight in black, but not in 3X. It is indeed a premium weight fabric. It is very well made. The heavier weight will preclude being able to wear it in the summer (even indoors) because it's too heavy, and looks more suitable for fall and winter. If they ever make the lighter weight in black I will order it!

This is a beautiful jacket made with quality fabric & good stretch to it so it fits you nicely. The coral color is stunning. It fit me but fell a little too short for me in the front, wish it was longer & it had 3/4sleeve the full sleeve is way to long. The double lapel was sewn off a bit on one side but layed perfect on the other side. I would recommend this jacket, fabric is heavier & warm though.

I was worried about my chest and shoulders being too large, or the sleeves being too long and this fit almost like it was custom made. It's a little looser in the waist, but I ordered a size up because women's clothing tends to run small. I'd say this runs true to size, no need to order a size up. My shoulders have room to move. I paired this with a pencil skirt and heels and it looks so professional, it's look great with trousers or jeans too. It is made out of a cotton jersey material so it's soft like a tee shirt while maintaining a structured appearance. I thought I'd have to remove the shoulder pads but they actually help maintain the blazer structure so I'm keeping them. Could easily cut out without messing up the jacket if you don't like them though. The peplum bottom also hides my mom pouch which is awesome. The waist comes in enough to help maintain an hourglass shape. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to look professional and put together and be comfortable at the same time.

I wanted to love this jacket. I wasn't crazy about the fabric. However, my biggest issue is that putting to much emphasis on what other reviews say. I purchased a exlarge thinking I would need it based on reviews. Nope it was huge on me. Two ppl could have gotten inside. Follow your own judgment and take some reviews with a grain of salt. I had to return it and get for a meduim.

This item is poorly, made the only good thing about the jacket is the color. The sleeves where the stitches supposed to go on the side of the arm is located almost in the front of the arm. Stitching on the arm of the sleeve is horrible. The seamstress mess this one up. I was very much disappointed. However, most of the clothes I get from Amazon are nice. The jacket is a stretchy material. That was OK. It was just how it was made. It could be a nice jacket, but they will have to correct the seams on the sleeves.

I have a curvy shape and this jacket, which I ordered in my normal size large, fits perfectly and looks fabulous! I also have a short torso. The button comes comes just below my bust. I have a B cup. I say all this because if you're a normal size large with a long torso or a large bust this may not work as well for you, as far as that button goes. The fabric is stretchy and therefore can work for various body shapes but the height of the button and buttonhole may not work for those with long torsos. The sleeves are cut to an average length, so that means that on me they're 4 inches too long, but I'm used to that and am prepared to shorten the sleeves. The jacket is super comfortable too. It's unlined, which is ok with me because I Iive in a year-round warm climate. I can see myself wearing this jacket with pants, skirts and certain dresses - very versatile. I love this jacket!

I bought it tried it on liked it but thought it was a little to long in the back...so I dried it in the dryer and it shrunk a little but was perfect a perfect fit...the next time I washed it I left it wet and hung to dry and then tried it on the next day and it was if I never dried it before. sweet can have the same blazer but 2 different styles

The only fault was it was so creased on arrival that it was difficult to straighten with such a complicated style

Awful quality. Had to return. Very difficult to iron. Gets creased in seconds. A ton of loose threads. Looks "limb". Chest flaps do not hold shape. Overall, the design is very pretty but the material is a huge let down.

I went with the recommended size and shouldn't have. This material has stretche in it so rule of thumb is to go down in size. Didn't like the double collar thing either. I ended up giving this and the skirt I also got to big to a friend who loved and fit perfectly.
