a few porcelain floor tiles came loose will this work to adhere them back down by appling a thin coat under tile?

it may but this is not the same as epoxy glue, and it would be harder to remove later there is a base for porcelain that is more flexible for under tiles.

can this product be used in walkin freezer floors down to 6 degrees F?

I used it to fill a large crake in a ledge of an outdoor fire table. it has lasted for 4 years in northern Illinois weather not sure how long it would last in your floor, you would have to warm the floor to get the epoxy to stick.

what is expiry date? when it will get hardened it not mix but keep them? why people say not hardened after mix?

If you mixed the two parts together it won't the last the day depending on how fast it hardens. the two-part unmixed can last for a long time, noting they can be damaged by sun light. If you want to try testing the epoxy but mixing a little in a plastic cup, if it doesn't harden the hardener may be bad, but you can save money by just buying the hardener.
