Back light not working on switxh

For some reason my switch panel backlight is not coming on.

Not all the way installed but awesome!

This is the best cable management for a off road enthusiasts instead of running 8 sets of wires threw the firewall and randomly cutting holes for rocker switshes its all in one place and fuse protected outside wires stay outside. Update it is complete no issues but it is very bright! I have to cover it at night because if i look at my drivers mirror i get blinded and see spots for a bit! No joke it's bright! Still very much worth the money
