Does the glitter on the cover flake off?

I don't think it will flake off....it is not loose glitter. It is within the print on the covers. Note that since it is for 2022 I haven't yet started using it yet.

Does this have extra notes pages in the back?

No. There is only one ruled page on the back of the last page of December. There is a folder pocket attached to the back. Would be great if it had extra pages. Or even an extra pocket.

Does it come with a bookmark/ruler that attaches to the agenda?

Hello~ This 2023 planner doesn't have bookmarks or rulers~ But it has tabs, you can reach the page you want by the monthly tabs~ Hope the answer can help you.
